  • I recently experienced the joy that was my own wedding day. Nothing compares to it! I was inspired beyond my imagination by the love that surrounded us that day. It's a feeling so great, it's almost unexplainable.

To capture that love, and feel it again and again through my clients is a gift. My heart is full. It is such a blessing to wake up to a job that I love so much. Life is sweeter because of it :)

I love working with couples who are full of love for each other. Couples who enjoy, and care about photographs as much as I do. Couples who laugh, jump, and are excited. Couples who are easy going, and laid back. Bride and groomzillas not allowed.

If you are the bride and groom for me, let's take a big bite out of this sweet life. Together!

Annikke + Milton: Stanford Engagement

Posted in Engagements

Milton and Annike made my job too easy ;) These two can be in front of the camera for days. That’s how comfortable they are. No, seriously! They did a shoot in China for 2 straight days! I was so impressed, and had such an awesome time photographing them. Along with the super awesome Frances of Charmed Events they planned a colorful picnic engagement session. They’re also fans of Mad Men so you’ll find a bit of a “mad” twist in a few of the images.

Milton and Annike: Thank you for laughing at my jokes, and laughing with me. It was such a blast to photograph the two of you. I’m so glad we beat the rain, and we were still able to rock it out together. I can’t wait for your wedding later this year. I know it’s going to be just as stylish and awesome as you both are! :)

Below are a few of my favorites:
We shot at Oval Park in Stanford University, and walked the grounds afterwards. Oh, and a special thanks to Milk Glass Vintage Rentals for the props!

Frances made paper wheels, and the garland out of last week’s Wall Street Journal. All “Mad Men” inspired.

“I covet your shoes” is what I told Annike when she brought out the Louboutins.

Happy Tuesday!
